These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on coba-life.dk for delivery worldwide.
Cobá Life accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
Cobá Life strives to ship your order placed before noon. 17 same day, orders made thereafter are sent the following business day. Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will then appear specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 39. Items will be delivered to the delivery address, which is stated when ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
We also deliver abroad. Your goods can be sent with PostNord or DAO.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service.
14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you about this as soon as possible and what we can do about it - e.g. give you the money back. If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price. When you shop at rusk-studios.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. You inform us that you regret the purchase, after which you can return the item to:

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You must send an email to email@example.com with order no. as a reference.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Seals must not be broken. When returning, make sure that the goods are securely packed.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have regretted. Return packages must not be sent by cash on delivery or without delivery. We do not pick up your package at the post office and documentation of your purchase must always be included in the return package.
If you fail to pick up your package because you want to return the purchase, please let us know.
STATE OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item\'s nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months, unless otherwise follows from the product\'s natural shelf life. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have a defective item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price. In the event of a complaint, contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or customer service on tel. +45 31 55 74 27 (weekdays between 9 am and 3 pm).
In the event of complaints, please contact us within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is and enclose documentation for the purchase. In the event of a justified complaint, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt or. lign. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or without delivery.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
In exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DISCOUNT CODES
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used in combination with other discount codes or on already discounted items.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
An item purchased on coba-life.dk is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
